Do you ship to where I live?

Yes! We ship Etymology Jewelry worldwide. 

 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

As each and every piece is handmade from our studio to order. Our turn around time is typically 2- 7 business days but it is subject to vary based on volume. All orders ship via USPS unless otherwise requested. Tracking is emailed once the order has shipped. Rush shipping and production available, please contact us for more details.  

 

Do you accept returns?

Yes! We accept returns on a case by case basis. Please contact us at sales@etymologyjewelry.shop to set up your return/exchange.   

 

Oops, I lost an earring! Would you be able to make me a new one?

Of course! Please take a photo of your lone earring and email it to info@etymologyjewelry.shop to arrange to have a new mate created. 

 

Is there a fee to repair my broken Etymology Jewelry piece?

Absolutely not! We're sorry to hear a piece has broken but we are happy to fix it for free. Please email us at info@etymologyjewelry.shop to coordinate the repair. 

 

How do I clean/care for my jewelry?

Any jewelry piece made with brass is subject to patina a bit over time. This adds character to the jewelry, however if you're looking for a bit more shine, you can use a jewelry polishing cloth on your piece or scrub the brass with a bit of toothpaste to restore it's luster.
